Guest Registration

This form must be received by Perdido Sand Realty office no later than 48 hours of your guest(s) arriving.

In our continuing effort to enhance security, La Riva East board of directors has adopted a Guest Registration system designed to advise all residents regarding guests that have been authorized by a homeowner to occupy his or her condo and use the facilities on-property.

While strict registration requirements apply to unaccompanied, non-immediate family guests, we appreciate the courtesy advisement of any owner unaccompanied guests, including family.

Regardless of the number of visiting guests occupying the unit, no more than one (1) vehicle is allowed to park in the lot at any one time. This number includes any vehicles of guests of guests. Off-site parking may be available across the street.

Note: Owner assumes all responsibility for guest adherence to the rules and regulations. In the event an unregistered person or persons are found occupying a homeowner’s unit or using the facility:

The homeowner will be contacted immediately for authorization confirmation and registration information.
If the homeowner cannot be contacted immediately, the guests will be approached and required to provide identification and information found on the registration form. Attempts at homeowner contact will continue in order to ensure a positive confirmation.
Should the Board or the property manager be unable to contact the owner within 24 hours, the guests will be asked to leave.
Should the homeowner confirm the guests are not authorized, the sheriff will be called.

Please keep in mind that the system is in place to protect the condominium investment and safety of you and your neighbors. Your full cooperation is greatly appreciated.
